    I paid my account with Multichoice on 7 February via a bank transfer as I do every month. Received a shock when I notice my service was discontinued. Phoned them and complained - received a case number and sent them proof of payment. They cannot open proof of payment in either PDF or JPG or even when it is cut and pasted inside the body of the message. I even sent a copy to one of their customer care consultants Sipho Majola whilst on the phone with him and it was received. He said he will forward it to their accounts department : TO NO AVAIL.
